lmao, test is great isnt it? Ok here's the w/o I do, you can use it if you want help yourself, I'll explain the reasoning behind my w.o.
Mon => Chest and tri, abs (rested Sat & sun so your muscles are nice and fresh & tricep is the secondary muscle in the chest w/o)
Tue=> Legs(hams & quads) (to let upperbody rest)
Wed=> Shoulder & traps,abs
Thur=> Back and bi's, calves (bi's are the secondary muscle in the back excersices)
