what is the proper way of taking clen if someone was to bridge it in the end of the cycle?

I allways take clen after a cycel. Great 4 keeping gains.
I like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off work up 2 100 mcg or what ever you can handel.
or 1 week on one week off and you wont have a crash if you are trying to burn fat.
