dnp has far less side effects at 600mg a day for me than clen does at 120mcg a day. i was still doing medium intensity cardio yesterday at 800mg a day for 30 minutes at lunch and 25 after work. dnp has my vote but some have very bad sides from it. be careful if you go the dnp route. i just came off a bulker and hopped on dnp as soon as i finished pct. i think i should have waited a little longer though. i personally like very rapid fat loss.
