ARR clen and benadryl

I have previously read posts about taking benadryl with clen due to the down regulation of receptor sites. I was curious how it would be cycled with the ARR liquid clen and dosage? Are there any other substitutes to benadryl?

How does benadrly help the beta receptors? I've never heard of that, but I'm willing to learn

2weeks with 2 weeks without...after your 1st 2 weeks of clen by itself add ben with it the 2 weeks after that.

if you do a search for benadryl you will see what im talking about. I guess it helps prevent or slow down the down regulation of the receptor sites. I am just curious how much benadryl i should be taking.

as stated no need for the two on two off protocol anymore. Run bendryl before bed every 3rd week.
