was pretty good. I was limited to using d-bol and prop because that's all I had access to. It went like this. (Let me know if I could have done something better with what I had).
week 1: 30mg dbol ed
2: 40mg dbol ed
3: 40mg dbol ed/100mg prop eod
4: 30mg dbol ed/150mg prop eod
5: 30mg dbol ed/200mg prop eod
6: 30mg dbol ed/200mg prop eod
7: 150mg prop eod
8: 100mg prop eod
I gained about 10lbs. and my strength went up pretty well. Before the cycle I was doing 225 for 8 reps on military and on my last heavy shoulder workout I did 285 for 5 reps.
I can't wait until the next cycle.
