I just finished 8 weeks of Var at 10mg/day. I put on about 10-15 lbs of muscle. I just started HGH at 1 IU EOD, now 2 IU EOD 2nd week and I don't plan on going past 3 IU EOD. Was going to start Cytomel after 1st month but my temp. has been pretty low in the a.m. (like 96.4-97.5 max) so I was thinking of starting the T3 soon at 12.5-25mg/day. I spoke with a few women and men who use HGH and decided EOD for water retention purposes (I hold water easy) I just started my strict diet to diet down. I want to hold my muscle and drop bf. I build very easy and I have a lot of size now. I want to hold most of my muscle so I'm pretty cut up when I drop my bf.Originally Posted by rodge nl.
I've lifted for about 10 years but the past 3 I couldn't keep my diet in check because of my work/night school schedule.. So I kept a lot of muscle but my bodyfat was up due to poor diet. I'm going to be 26 next month. I was really lean and toned from 19-23. I can't take clen so that's out of the question.
