look this is the first thread i have posted and know it might be a bit (****) i have started my first course and it's decca it's only 2 ml a week for 8 week's i was just wondering what would be the best way to stop water retention if any ocure? thank you

wrong forum bro but anyways... u should have done more research before u started. u shoul dbe running test with it cause deca will shut u down. also deca should be run minimum of 12 weeks.

only thing is i don't want to get to big that's why i run a decca only cycle and wan't to try and keep as much of gain's as possible. maybe winny or something

Seriously(and this advice will be bashed by many) if you want to make small and easy to keep gains then you should use roids that have a very short half life.

Short oral cycles would be perfect imo. 4 week cycles of d-bol with arimidex. You wont bloat, you will se some nice strenght and mass gains and you wont get horribly shut down and very easy to get back production after it. do 4 weeks on, 4 weeks rest, 4 weeks on and repeat until you are satisifed.

Winny would work good to. Hell just about any oral where you can control bloat easily(thats why people say d-bol gains are hard to keep. the misstake water weight and lbm).

thanx i might give it a try after my the cycle i am on now after a month off ov course

yeah was thinking of clomid two week's two week's after i finish my course

day 1: 300mg
2-11 : 100 mg/day
12-21 50mg/day

this is for all the noob's don't do a deca d/boll cycle it can **** you up i had libido problem's during and after the cycle even with pct i used clomid and nolva for three week's. I admit it i ****ed up everyone make's mistake's. Also i lost everything i gained off that cycle.
