As for getting the shits, that usually happens to me when I cheat, but not from eating other carb sources. Also, you are not shitting out the carbs you just ate if you are getting the shits. To me this sounds more like a mental thing than anything else. If you keep having this problem though you might want to see a doctor because that sounds very abnormal to me.
