What should I do about my trainer noticing??

    Whats up guys,
This is Pete again. I was wondering if you guys can help me out with this. I am working out with a personal trainer this summer and I don't want him to know I'm on the juice. He knows what he's doing and i've worked out with him before. Is there anything I can do???

    Thanks
    Pete

Trainers are not strangers to AS treatment my friend.
Tell the truth up front. Only uncomfortable for a split second when you say it. Then get on with it!!!

AS as you know, creates the favorable environment of muscle hypertrophy, fat loss, blah, blah, blah.....

Point is: fill in the blanks so he/she can incorporate a plan most suitable to your experience, training history, AS of choice etc....

The CV and dietary component changes when AS are introduced to the body. I assume you are paying for his/her services.......get your moneys worth my friend.

I hired a Per. Trainer a while back for the summer and i just told him. Of course he tried to talk me out of it but then he also redid my eating and training plans so i would get the most out of it.

You never know, gear for payment rather than cash may prove beneficial to both parties.

An offline agreement could be made if the applicable trainer is "dry".
