    Belly Ban article in FLEX

MR.Weider has issued a warning to all IFBB contestants that mass and size will no longer take a back seat to vasularity and symmitery. More importantly he foucused on the distended guts of today's bodybuilder's..giving the article's name Belly Ban. Here's what some of the BB's said about the "ban"

Ronnie Coleman- all i know is that this has nothing to do with me, i'm fine. Guys like Jay Cutler and Gunter have to watch out, they have something to worry about.....Seems like Ronnie's in Gh Gut denial.

Dexter Jackson- "If Weider goes through with this plan then i will be Mr.Olympia. Ronnie has the biggest gut in the industry."

What are your toughts on this proposed change in the sport? Will Ronnie's reign be over?

Side Note- Not hating on Ronnie or anybody with Gh gut, but if this happens i believe it will mix things up at this year's Mr.Olympia

    Agreed. It's strange to see 5% bodyfat & a 42 in waist.

Somethings like a Deca/test stack can cause a 35% increase in your natural HGH releases... but HGH is also used long term, year around for several years. It gives the ultimate keepability to steroid use and muscle growth but the bad effect is the oversized gut.

    AHAHHAa

    good, bout time!

That looks just terrible, before I knew about juice I knew that was a good indicator...nothing like a nice slim Arnold waist and huge everything else.

Thats one other reason I respect that muthafukah!

Gh and igf will do that to you... Ronnie could get a surgery non evasive liproscopic through the belly button and get a yard or two of intestines removed... good bye gut.

How did Ahnold do it? THat's how you do it. In his day, he was hyoooge, but had a nice, trim waist and pretty decent abs, VERY flat belly. When he did his "stomach vacuum" thing, his abdomen practically disappeared up into his ribs. There is the man to emulate. Train and eat properly. Don't go crazy on the hgh. Keep the AAS doses reasonable, certainly under a couple grams a week. Do that, and I don't think you will ever be troubled with "roid gut".

He has already stated on record that he is mot doing the MR OLYMPIA this year.
As for the sport changing to more streamlined asthetic bodybuilders i would welcome it but dont see it happening anytime soon.
Sure guys like Darrem Charles and Dexter have being winning shows but if coleman and Cutler had of competed it would have been a different case.
Trust me unless Coleman gets injured before the MR OLYMPIA he will win it for the eigth time this October.
