    Talking 2 days out of my first show

    2 days out of my first show like i said...diet its being really clean based on chiken lean stake sweet potatoes and broccolie...
    now i have a question..tomorow friday i will cut my water intake to give about 18 hours before the show..food will be the same as it is right now..
    but i want to know HOW FAR FROM THE SHOW SHOULD I EAT AND WHAT???
    i was planning on eating 4 hours before getting on stage and eatting alot of oatmeal which is always in my breakfast but this time just ALOT MORE???

    what do you think..or what should i add and how far from the show should i eat..ill be on stage around 10 am.

    like i said. today my diet is the same only that i cut water at around 5 pm, taking green tea, and ephedra during the day

    Look for my post about "Carb/fast loading", it should not be far below this thread...i would skip the oatmeal and go out for breakfast have egg omlett, hashbrowns, pankcakes and then let it all digest...i would do that around 5-6 hours before going on stage...oatmeal will not have much effect, not even a lot of it...read my thread...good luck...XXL

    thanx....yes i did read it. im at work right now and i printed it out.
    i think im gonna go with stake and eggs....i was planing on still doing a pump work out today..sort off like push ups, pull ups, dips, abs and 20 minut of slow cardio...bad idea or ok???

    Don't do a workout and NO cardio! It will not do any good anymore, you are either ready or not...XXL

    im REady and thanx for all the help... IM also going to be now.. tomorow is the big day and the first TIME also...got all taned up today (painted) and im looking good as far as dry and lean, tomorow will be even better.

    im keeping my diet the same but water down to a sip...anyways just wanted to know any tips anyone wants to give me before the night show wich starts at 8..thanx again

    oh yea defently...i loved every second of it..i got 3rd place by the way..so it was good for first
