    glucosomine/chondroiten and MSM.. worked beautifully for me... took about 2 weeks to really start working...

    You can take either the glucosomine/ msm or the glucosomine/chondroiten
    the Gluco/MSM is cheaper but not as good IMO

    Sam's Wholesale here sells Glucosomine and chondroiten with MSM. I think it is 3000 mg of gluc and 3000 mg of chon and 500 mg of the MSM. But it does have all three... and it has been a godsend for me bro.

    Yeah, and its priced pretty decent too... I am in Missouri so I hope it is available where you are at...it is in a white bottle with a green and white label and red cap... hope that helps...
