I have gone to a couple of forums and found a whole sh1tload of info on how well this stuff works but not on how to use it.
So if anyone knows...pretty please :-(
Seriously though, if anyone knows actual dosing for each muscle injection and how soon before a workout it should be injected.
I have read a few people say anywhere from 1-3 grams per muscle group. They seemed like they were shooting in the dark at this though.

Well it doesnt really act locally from everything that ived read but more systematically
Oral bioavailability is decent with it already so I dont think there would even be a need to do it IM.
But IM would offer some things that oral wouldnt.
Considering that oral tablets are usually 500mgs I would dose at around 150-200mgs per day concentrating on the muscles worked that day.
I am unaware of what carrier the injectable version is and if it is even IM or through IV but it is most likely water based.
I would say you try the oral version for a while at mega doses each day to see if you even see any benefits from it before trying to inject it. I would go with around 3 grams ed for at least a month and monitor your bf and weight levels throughout to see if it increases your LBM at all during this time. 3 grams orally will offer you around 150mgs absorbed in your body

just picked some up from MR 50$ for 50ml at 350mg/ml kinda pricy. Anyone ever find out how to dose this stuff?
