I usually just go to Publix first thing sunday morning and weigh myself and get my bp checked. For the first 4 weeks everything was fine (a few nosebleeds here and there, but hawthorn seemed to help). Last week however, I was in there a few times after work and it was kinda high (first week of emax). It seems to be back down though as of sunday again. Maybe I need to go more than once a week to get a better number...
