its simply really, your body wont let you get a big top half if it has nothing to support itself down below.. therefore the bigger you legs are the bigger your body will ALLOW your top half to grow.
I lift legs but i put very little thought into them
legs are just as important as the upper body for total growth
Legs are more important then the upper body for overall strenght
