although hgh begins to work from the moment you've shot it it takes a long time,up to several months,to notice its powers.as for the 4 days on/6 off at high doses that could work if its repeated long enough i gues,although i would'nt start at 10iu at once cause this can give some serieus sides.i myself would stick to the traditionally,proved to work method of 5 on/2off.

depends on age and goals.2iu is more for fatloss and in older bros.won't bring any real gains.
