I tried studying this thread the best I could, but couldnt seem to find out a few things.
1. I have a dozen egg whites with flax or natural peanut butter for lunch, is this alright?
2. Could 4 oz of yams be added at noon? I know they low GI carbs. Would they still have an impact on the taking in of flax or natty peanut butter?
3. I know on off days you have no PWO which allows for carb cycling, but should you still carbload every 4th or 5th day?
Just curious and again thanks

Should I eat CARB/PRO, or FAT/PRO after my AM. Cardio?

I pretty sure it is personal preference whether you want a P/C meal or a P/F meal after cardio. I definetly wouldnt switch them around, but if you do choose to do a P/C meal I would leave it in meal one after cardio.Originally Posted by SpinalTap
Some like it P/C some like it P/F. Find out what works for you. For me personally I think I look too flat with a day full of P/F meals so I would choose the P/C meal #1Originally Posted by Vice

If you ingest it directly afterwards, yes. I wait 45mins or so before eating a Pro/Carb meal after cardio.....Originally Posted by Vice
And that P/C meal after ur cardio will be ur first meal of the day?Originally Posted by Blown_SC
what will be ur second? pro fat?
so only carbs u have are First meal, PWO shake and PWO meal...
all other meals are pro fat?
Yes, it's my first of the day... (Oats and Egg-whites usually).....Originally Posted by Vice

Yes, carbs in the AM, PWO, and PPWO.... (except for fibrous veggies, but I don't count them)...
And yes, the rest are pro/fat......

No. You've got to understand, we don't all require the same macro's....Originally Posted by Vice

Awesome thread. Thanks for all the insight brothers! Sitting at 125kg (277), need to lose the tires, this info is fantastic. Props to you all.

I have one question and I hope someone can direct me in the right direction.
The sticky says to get most of the food from real meals, yet it has 3/6 meals as protein shakes?![]()
So, 3 shakes and 3 meals is considered ok? Or am I missing something?
Great advice, something that I am happy to get ahold of before reading any other dieting peice... thanks rambo!

Thanks Rambo. I needed more info on cutting. I was only following about 70% of what you posted, this will really help me going forward.
I've been looking for something like this. Anyone know if running is enough to get my fill of cardio or do I need to try something else?
Depends on how much cardio and for how long. Also hey bro went you run run on the treadmill and/or get a pair of very cushioned shoes. I recently got fractured my tibial bone because of this. Good Luck bro
sounds great... like something I could stick too...the only thing is I have a sit down job and i get bored and like to munch.
I am finally going to cut. Believe it or not...
wow, im glad i have this information just to be able to start a cutting diet, im guessing it was super hard to start a cutting diet before this post, lol
