TO BLACK OUT YOUR FACE:
Just go to edit and hit the paint brush. Then got to what ever you want to black out and start clicking. Then save the changes you made. WEll, first cut out a section and paste it on a new file. If you don't, you will ruin the current picturee you have.
Not a dumb question...some people have no idea how to tie a shoe.
