Prop and winny in the deltoid. OOOOOOOW..... hurt for 5 days. Then I did the other one. OWWWWWWWW.... the second time made a believer out of me.

wow you sick bastard!! prop and winny in the same delt.. I wouldnt even consider it.. Prop wasnt so bad for me in the delt but winny hurt like hell.

A single shot of 1-test. cyp. crippled me for almost 3 weeks. I couldn't crawl the first week, stand the second, and walk the third week. Seriously, that was the most painful shot I ever took.

It was 1cc of 250mg/ml in the right upper glute area. Talk about swelling up. I even diluted it with 2cc of 300mg/ml 4-ad cyp.

I finally went to the doctor at the start of the second week to get pain meds and to see what the hell he could do for me. NO infection, just irritation of the muscle belly.
