break in the cycle

I got sick for a minute and then got sucked into a vacation for 4 days with my girl so i couldnt bring my gear. I tried everything i could to get her to give up the idea. Anyway, long story short i was in the 12th week of a 15 week cycle and i havent had a shot of prop for 7 days now or my winny for 2. Is this really bad. My cycle was as follows

1-12 eq
1-15 prop
12-15 winny

How bad do you think the break is for me? Couldnt take nolva either. My winny is oral and i was able to sneak it with me but didnt take enough so i missed it for 2 days now.

well what my question is, is there anything that i should do to get my blood levels back, should i inject a little more the first two days or something? would that help to get me back on track possibly??
