    Honestly i do see a difference but not 22lbs difference.

    I can see a big difference in your face mostly..and overall totally!


    you have some big quads...how'd that happen? when you get down to a real light weight (if you so desire) then your legs will still look good.

    the scale when i came back read 225 and now she reads around 202...it could be a bit off.

    yet either way im still a little proud.

    and yes, i am going to continue leaning down until im around 9-10% bf...i love feeling a lot fitter then over weight...its amazing

    i did a ton of squats for the past 2 years. most weight ive ever had on was 475 for 5 reps...but im done with low rep squats and heavy weight...to risky

    but i just did squats like a mofo...it was my staple for years..and obviously still is
