Yes and a 140lb guy I ran into while waiting for my 20 piece nuggets told me he could get 375lbs for 6 reps. I swear I'm going to start claiming an 800 lb bench the next time some little worm man tells me some BS

I ran into a "250 pound" guy. I called him on it.
He spoke up and said "lets have a pose down"
I de-stroyed him infront of a room full of people and then said:
"for a guy who weighs more than schwarzenegger did in his prime, you are lame! 240 pounds? I only weigh in at 225 and I am way more huge than you"
He then said "fat weighs in 4 times as much as muscle, so thats why i weigh more"
I said "I'll make you a $100 bet you don't weigh in more than 190."
He stood on the bathroom scale..."this scale is wrong"
"i weigh in at 225 like i said.... let's go to the gym and weigh you.
Actual weight 173 pounds with a 160 pound bench press.
I won the $100 bet (never got paid) But I had a hell of a fun time telling (and proving) that he was a liar infront of his gf!

    And on the other side....
i seen a 150 pound skinny twig push the 100's for flatbench. I went over and even said " you should start with the 60's and work your way up."
He then said "i could use a spot"
I thought what the hell, he's not going to get those up, look at that "chest".
Well I was wrong, he got them up (somehow) and pushed them for 8 reps.
Unreal. I was soooooooooooooo wrong about that skinny kid, and so were all the other gym rats.
