Dextrose Question

Im looking to buy some cheap dextrose..I looked all over town and coudlnt find it...So I found some on the net but none have the measurments....I see it as 40-80gs for PWN with your whey shake..

I;ve seen one with each tsp at 4 grams...So I would have to dump 10 of these into my shake or should i scoop a cup of it in...??

Personally I use it pwo in 2:1 ratio, meaning twice the amount of dex as compared to protein

You can get free dextrose from the Penford Foods website... do a search
