few quick questions.....Body fat is a little higher than I would like should i wait a lil longer to start a lean bulk...visible six pack just a lil extra water weight in the lower abs...what has everyone done for a lean bulk that has provided good results?? tren/prop i have been lookn at but I have never used tren b4 and i see the sides can be very harsh?...also i see some have run winni at the end of there cycles like the last 4 weeks...good idea or not..thanks for the help guys...
