Rice, Chicken i eat it 7 times a day and the calroies just arent adding up...
What little stuff can I throw in to add up to the calories?
I should take in 3g of carbs per pound and 2g of protien per pound correct?
Weight Gainer good? If i dont meet ends meet with calories...
I should be taking in 4000calories a day im assuming.
My workout schedule is
Monday-Chest,Triceps
Tuesday-Legs, ABS
Wed.-OFF
Thursday-Back, Biceps, Abs
Friday-Shoulders
SaturdayArms,ABs
Sunday-OFF
