DNP, Need a step-by-step , Anyone?

Need some help with DNP. I no longer use it, however, I gave them away here at my country, because I am no longer using it.

The guys I exchange the product for some other, are asking me how to use it.

Maybe, someone has a step-by-step on how to use DNP, I just don't remember exactly.

I just told them to drink at least 2 gallons of water and not to eat much while on DNP in a nut-shell.

Anyone, a link or a website perhaps with the steps precaution when using DNP.

Help appreciated.

there is to much stuff to list as far as step by step. have your friends you hooked up with dnp come to this site and research for themselves. there is some very important basics but a lot of little things that are helpful to know.

Thanks for replying back you guys. I just forgot a lot of things because of being away from this field. I'm like returning again I guess. There must be something , but last time I checked, don't found something solid.
