    Talking Hope you all don't mind a Natural Bodybuilder here

    Hello all. My name is Layne Norton and I'm a writer for bodybuilding.com and a Natural bodybuilding competitor. I just wanted to say that I am very impressed with the physiques on this site and humbled to say the least. Here is a picture from my last contest and a link to my main page on bodybuilding.com. I am currently cutting for my next contest in august and should be coming in 10-15 lbs heavier than at my last contest.

    Yes I noticed that there is less flaming here it is quite a nice change. However bbing.com will always be my home... but what's a home without a vacation house?

    Thanx big man, I appreciate it. Thanx for the encouragement everyone. I'm entering the open class at my next show I think and I'm hoping to break the top 3 or 4. At 20, I think that would be a good deal!

    Thanx guys, once again I appreciate the warm welcome and response. I've been over at bodybuilding.com for awhile now but I want to try and help people here as well if possible. Ryan Deluca (ceo of bbing.com) is sending me a digi cam so I can track my precontest prep progress and i'll post pics every couple weeks so you all can see my progress, it's pretty cool to watch the transformation
