I love a built guy that takes care of himself.. lean is good too.. but sorry i take care fo myself and i expect the same..
i look around the gym and i see these guys lifting weights like its a speed contest not knowing what they r doing.. if i see a guy who is bigger but has a build that he has worked for.. HELL i will appreicate it and it won't "gross: me out
