The best Flax oil BY FAR is Barlean's High Lignan Flax oil. It is the highest quality stuff out there. They cold press it the day it is ordered by the healthfood store you purchase it from. One thing you have to consider with Flax oil is rancidity even when refrigerated (which all flax should be). Ive gone through a bunch of different brands of flax and the Barleans has given me the best results, tastes best, and lasts longest. I wont buy any other kind any more.
