Ditto to what KeyMastur said.
Aromatase inhibitors (Arimidex/Proviron) block estrogen formation. Nolvadex blocks estrogen that has formed from binding to the reseptors in your breasts (and elsewhere).
You could theoretically, take Nolvadex to block the estrogen that has already formed and start Arimidex (0.5mg a day should be fine) then drop the Nolvadex after a couple of weeks.
But KeyMastur is right--you usually take the Arimidex right from the start.
