Alright, brutha, the quick answer is the same as the ones you got. Test400-500mg week for 10-12 weeks. DBol 1-4 weeks at the start 30mg day BUT no one has said a damn thing about ancillaries or PCT. You need to do some research on PCT and Anti-estrogens. Read around the steroid forums, search for PCT and look at the steroid.com home page for Novice Cycle I examples. Good Luck.

My post could have been worded better. When someone starts a thread like this one, it's immediately obvious that 10 or 15 posts are not going to suffice. There is a lack of baseline education that needs to be corrected before any critique or advice should be given so I try not to give a two line answer with some doses(the whole teach a man to fish thing. . .).
