i have 25 posts and still cant send a pm. i searched other similar threads like the one i just made but i havent seen a clear answer for when pms are enabled. i cant enable them in the options because its missing.

I am in COMPLETE agreement. There is no "1 week rule" but I believe the min. post requirement should be much higher.
It's also nice to have people CONTRIBUTE here, not just use the pm system for their own personal gain/hook ups.
