    Update

    Updated pics. Weight 202lbs, 4 more weeks of bulking and then time to shred up. I'm anxious to see how lean I can get, I have Never tried to lose weight in my life, it will be a fun experiment.

    Yes, One per year since I was 20, 4 total. I'm too lazy to list them, but most consisted of Test250-500mg + Deca300mg or Eq400-600mg. Recently added Tren to the mix. I have my eye on IGF-1 next. My goal is 225 under 10% year around, I am currently 202. I will reach my goal in the next 2-3 years.
    Thanks for the comps. I'll post more pics at the end of the year after my cutting experiment.

    that is a reasonable goal to set.......i think if u put your mind to it you can be there in 2 years. LOL, i added, get this, 90 POUNDS to my bench in just one year......most people would say that can't be done but it can be. Put your mind to it and you'll get there!

    how long do u usually run your cycles? once per year, but what was the duration in weeks

    Hm..u will beat me. My long term goal is to get to 230. Im gonna try and take it slow so i dont zap my strength and my muscle doesnt just fly off me

    Your no fun. Ok I'll race your to 240! We will be monsters together.

    Ward: Usually 12-15 weeks, Nolva on hand and Always use Clomid for PCT. I've used HCG twice and didn't really find it very effective. (During and After cycle). I also have bloodwork done After EVERY cycle to see how I'm doing before I ever start another.

    Alright 240. Sounds a lil better. What cycle r u about to run? You prolly already wrote it but I am quite lazy like the rest of us Oh and I did cardio this morning haha I almost forgot the feeling..just thought I would say.

    None as of yet, maybe at the beginning of the year possibly. I'm gonna take some time off and then have my bloodwork done. Staying healthy is just as important to me as my goals. Peace.

    I saw your post about just experimenting with creatine and assumed it was truthful

    One cycle, none the less that is an excellent physique you're sporting. I know guys who have done 4+ cycles and cant compare. Youre going to shred up REALLY fucking nicely. If you decide to do another cycle, if I can make a suggestion, use some winny when you lean down. Get fucking shreddedddddd!

    The development over the years is incredible. You look much fuller and leaner, great and tough combo to complete.

    Did you have someone else take the pics??? I'd love to get some pics up but when I try on my own they look like crap.

    HAHA, ALL NATURAL JAY!!! Can't touch this shit! haha... Thanks for the comps. It has been a LONG road, but I love every second of it. No I set my camera to 10second pause and then just wait for the flash. Takes me a few shots on each to get a decent one. Wife thinks I waste too much time here, but thanks to this site I have learned a great deal, and hopefully helped a few peeps while I was at it.

    Thanks Hoss, but I don't like Winny, It fucks my joints up. I think I'm gonna go with Var or Primo instead. Haven't tried them but I looking forward to it. Maybe experiment with a bit of IGF-1 LR3.

    I'll post some pics in a few months when I'm all cut up, I'm gonna try talk Pinn. into coaching me through it. We'll see.
