Wks 1-4 Halo, 30 or 40mg/day
Wks 1-10 EQ, 400mg/Wk.
Wks 1-11 T-400, 400mg/wk.
Wks 9-13 Winny, 100mg/EOD.
Wks 1-10 Arimidex, .25mg/day (0.5mg ED?)

I think for a first cycle, 400mg Test. & 400mg EQ will give you great results!

Push the Winny back two weeks so you are running the Winny at the end of the Test./EQ, not just by itself.

Run the Test. 1 week longer than the EQ, EQ metabolizes out of your system in 17-21 days, Test. En/Cyp in 14 days--so they will gone by the end of week 13, when your winny finishes.

Start the Clomid two days after you finish the Winny and you are good to go!

Also, I have never done Arimidex (I use Proviron), will 0.25 be enough for this cycle? Somebody with experience in Arimidex please comment...
