This one dude..I call him Mr. Superset. He comes in the gym every other day or so, does the same 5-6 exercises, but supersets his whole f-en workout. So god forbid you need to use the smith machine or the pulley machines that day because you're fukd. I guess in a way it's good because I've started to do more DB exercises instead of using the smith machine when he's there. But in any event, the guy's a bag of douche.
