    Any acid will lower the GI of your meal, so perhaps some Balsamic Vinegar would be good in small amounts in a Pro/carb meal.

    This is what I came up with for 1oz of Balsamic, I mean its really not that bad, I would continue to use it, just don't start drinking the stuff!
