well 50:1 is an the basic standardized doseage which basically means it took 50 grams to make 1 gram of powder.

They do however offer 100:1 and 200:1 as well but are significantly more expensive.
I would play around with your doses and see what suits you start with around 200mg per dose with the 50:1 extract and see how it effects you and move up from there.
The methods of action it uses are short lived though so try to dose around pre/post workout.
Even though it only has a few hours to work it actually frees up some test making it more bioavailble so it can be used for muscle building purposes.
