I'd say it will definitely be noticeable if you train hard and eat wright.

I usually look different coming off gear even if the same or close to the same bodyweight just by water loss. Most of the time I can spot someone who is coming off gear, but with proper PCT it won't be a radical change.

i have nolva and clomid should i take the nolva during cyle and how much should i take it's liquid and clomid after im new at this????

i lost nothing. i think it was the 5iu of GH i was taking throughout to cycle. then i i took a cycle of LR3 along with nolva and clomid. gained 20lbs on a very mild cycle and kept it.
