Why does "Hoss" always get banned?



I mean, he's this funny little cute annoying kid. A mouthy little brother you might want to smack around a little, maybe, but what does he actually do to get banned? His posts (on record) seem innocuous enough.

Update, erased some of the bans and that got it through
