I was wondering the same - 250 / week sounds kinda low. I'm closing in on the end of 500 mg / week for 12 weeks (on week 9) and have put on 19 quality lbs. Very little bloat / water retention. yeah. shoot both your test and deca on the same day. e3d, Mon. morning and Thursday night. Test e or c would be the ester of test to go with. I'd leave out the winny as deca and test is more a bulking cycle. You could frontend load your cycle witht the winny. Here's what I'd do with what you've got...Originally Posted by abbot138

Why do you suggest deca stop a week or 2 short of the test?
Should i just not take the winnies at all. I know that the test and deca is a mass cycle but i thought that finishing with the winnies might help cut me up a little. I was hoping to not have as much of a bloated look as i did with my first cycle.
