Grab the cable pulley in your gym, rest your tricep on the vertical bar that the cable runs through and do arm wrestling type workouts. You may be surprised on how little you can lift at first. Even though I have seen peoples arms break twice during arm wrestling, the muscles that push in that direction are actually weak compared to other muscles in the arm. People's arms break when someone else comes along and punches you in the bicep when tensed all or or you start to pull with your body weight too much.
strength helps but beleve me its more technique and over the top doesnt show enough technique. your basically using ur whole body legs hips and all. i can arm wrestle pretty good but beleive me when u get into pissin matches that include arm wrestling it ruins ur workout for a whole week. no shoulders bis tris or chest because ur joints and muscles u didnt know u have are sore.
