Grab the cable pulley in your gym, rest your tricep on the vertical bar that the cable runs through and do arm wrestling type workouts. You may be surprised on how little you can lift at first. Even though I have seen peoples arms break twice during arm wrestling, the muscles that push in that direction are actually weak compared to other muscles in the arm. People's arms break when someone else comes along and punches you in the bicep when tensed all or or you start to pull with your body weight too much.
