Stupid advice, please refrain from providing these types of answers. Weight gainers are crap. He need REAL food, and the only shake he really needs is the PWO shake. And maybe some casein before bed, but the main course is whole food and lots of it. Spend more time in the kitchen than in the gym and you'll see the lbs rakin up.
