One more daft question Whats sub-q? does that mean under the skin or just into the muscle?

Under the skin, subcutaneous. If it's in the muscle it's intramuscular.

I am learning all the time, the last time i used Pregnyl i used a 1.5 into the rump. So i wasted that then?

Intramuscular or Sub-Q injections both work fine. I prefer sub-q just because they are very easy and painless.

Thanks for that, I don’t mind either, a good slap before intramuscular and there’s no pain, but sub-q is easier
