    Trena longest run

    What is the longest amount of time you guys have and think is safe to run trena.

    depends on who you talk to..some say 8. Some say 10..a few claim 12 is fine.

    ive ran it as high as 18 weeks, but that is not for everybody. Do what you feel is right. I guess 8-12 weeks is a good buffer.
