I feel alright but noticed I'm always tired. On top of that I'm starting too lose my muscle gains. I think it's bs when people say you can keep your gains. I still eat a min. of 300-350gr of clean protein(fish,tuna,sushi,etc)carbs(brown rice, oatmeal,greens)daily. It also depends on the person. Honestly, I think I was stronger natural and kept all my gains. The thing I hate the most is I lose alot of gains after a cycle. I just want to keep my gains.
