    Anyone Have Some Good Advise?

I Am Brand new To All This. Currently A 42 Year Old W/m Overweight And Out Of Shape. Want To Get Back In Shape. Should I Lose The Weight First And Then Start Weight Training Or Do It Together. I Would Also Like To Try Some Supplements to bulk up But Nothing Illegal. Can Anyone Give Suggestions As To What To Try And The Regiment?

    Thanks,
    Rock

Proper diet, weightlifting and cardio. Will get you to your goals.

I wouldn't worry about bulking up as of yet.

first get urself into a gym and start a workout for a couple of months. then worry about supps when u know that u r serious. remember alot of people are out of shape and everyone wants to get back in shape. most join a gym go for a month and then say they dont have time anymore. get urself into a routine and stick with it then worry about supps and everything else. jmo!
