They both have bennies IMO, frequently(not always) the express stuff will require a signature, I won't sign anything. But you can usually get a tracking number for these and check their progress, this will help you spot irregularitites and maybe keep you out of the clink. But for me, I would order small and go regular mail svc. Or go domestic if you have the resources this is much safer.IMO
