back on topic - i've heard u can use a small amount of slin pre workout (2iu's ish) purely for the increased pump and nothing else

but of course you will need to take a carb drink with you to the gym

i think its stupid to do it like that, why bother. If a pump is what your after, pop some dbol or drol before you workout. Or take a ton of caffeine before, lol, i do some times and im jumpin from weight to weight, like a maniac.
