I'ev said it many times in the past and will say it again. Accutane was one fot he best decisions I ahve ever ever made.

In my case I didnt notice and loss in strength due to the tane. I ran it for 5 months at 60mgs a day and I have been off for about 2 years now. I can count on one hand how many zits I"ve gotten within the past 2 years.
