I took a imodium AD to stop Diahrea and Bam i started gaining weight and holding water, but i haven't been drinking a gallon like i should nor working out 4 days a week, i done chest last week and was really sore and then done legs yesterday and am really sore, i worked out only twice, i have been taking 50-100GRAMS Creatine a day. I think that if you can't gain weight, then just eat when you are hungry and don't work out more than 3 days a week, and only stay in the gym for no more than an Hour.

    I am a genius. I want to Be PRESIDENT NOW

    True.

    Maybe you haven't heard but that much creatine is placing quite a load on your kidneys. It is also unnecessary, as the diarrhea proves. You are essentially soaking up water like a sponge. Your intensines are filling with water causing the shits.
